Discover our advanced range of automated plasma cladding systems, precision laser hardfacing platforms, and specialized torch systems configured for global industrial exports.
As modern aerospace structures push the limits of speed, altitude, and thermal resistance, traditional welding processes are being replaced by highly precise cladding systems. From Plasma Transferred Arc (PTAW) to multi-axis automated laser metal deposition, China is emerging as a global center of excellence for aerospace cladding systems.
Thermal fatigue, oxidation, and cavitation resistance are critical in high-pressure aerospace parts. Our cladding technology deposits metallurgical coatings with minimal dilution rates, protecting critical nickel, titanium, and cobalt superalloys in challenging operating environments.
Traditional arc welding introduces extreme heat, causing grain growth and thermal distortion. Advanced laser and PTA systems limit the Heat Affected Zone (HAZ), maintaining the microstructural integrity of underlying aerospace alloys while achieving near-net-shape deposition.
By using multi-axis CNC gantries, synchronized positioners, and closed-loop optical feedback systems, we ensure consistent coating thickness, eliminate internal voids, and deliver predictable microstructures for high-value applications.

Both Plasma Transferred Arc Welding (PTAW) and Laser Cladding (LC) are used for high-performance surface modifications, but they suit different engineering requirements:
Dilution rate is the mixing of the substrate material with the cladding alloy. In aerospace applications, controlling dilution is crucial. If dilution is too high, the substrate elements (such as iron in steel) can migrate into the cobalt or nickel cladding overlay, reducing its wear and corrosion resistance.
Our automated PTA and Laser systems maintain dilution levels below 3% (and under 1% for laser configurations). This helps preserve the mechanical properties of materials like tungsten carbide (WC-Co) and nickel-chromium-boron-silicon (NiCrBSi) alloys.
Consistent powder feeding is essential for high-quality cladding. Standard gravimetric feeders can suffer from pulsation, leading to variations in the cladding layer. Our technical department has developed integrated powder feeders with digital closed-loop controls, ensuring smooth delivery of superalloys under varying chamber pressures.
We work with your engineers to tailor machine dimensions, axis count (up to 8-axis robotic systems), software controls, and power supplies to integrate with your existing manufacturing configurations.
Every system undergoes rigorous testing, including laser alignment, structural load tests, and test runs under full production conditions. Our equipment conforms to international CE and ISO safety standards.
With built-in network interfaces, our engineers can access diagnostic data remotely. This allows us to resolve setup issues, adjust software parameters, and provide guidance without on-site delay.
